Ricarda Ciontos, born in 1968 in Hermannstadt/Romania, came to Heidelberg in 1978. After finishing high school she studied for 3 years at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Saarbrücken. Ciontos lived and worked as actress in Vienna, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Bochum and Bucharest. Since 2002 she lives in Berlin. In 2006, she established the Nordwind Festival, which soon became one of the important platforms for Nordic Performing Arts in Europe.
Nele Fritzsche, born 1989 in Berlin, is studying Music & Media as well as Scandinavian Studies at HU Berlin. Since 2008 Nele has been working regularly in the international festival scene. Among other things she has worked for International Theatre Festival UNIDRAM (Potsdam/Germany), Berlin International Film Festival and as Artist Manager of la pampa Music Festival (Görlitz/ Germany). Since 2011 Nele has been a member of the festival team of Greenland Eyes Film Festival and Norwind Festival both based in Berlin.
Milica Trifunovic, 1980 geboren, studierte Philosophie an der Universität Belgrad und promovierte an der Humboldt Universität zu Berlin; hat als Uni-Dozentin gearbeitet und auch für unterschiedliche politische Institutionen und Stiftungen im Bereich internationale Zusammenarbeit.
Eva-Maria Reimer, born in 1982, studied ‘Cultural Studies and Eesthetical Communication’ at the University of Hildesheim and ‘Theatre Education’ at the University of Arts Berlin. She took part in several theatre productions as a performer or a dancer, supported them dramturgically or directed them, for example the Türkisch-Deutsche Theater in Hildesheim. Among this theatre work Reimer developed and hold different workshops for HAU, the contemporary brasilian dance festival brasil move berlim, for schools and for training institutions. Since 2009 she is a member of Kischendieb & Perlensucher Kulturprojekte as well as the berlin theatre- and performance group lunatiks produktion and since 2010 she is working for Mitspielgelegenheit e.V.
Essi Syrén, born in 1985 in Lapua/Finland, studied theatre research and philosophy at the University of Helsinki and Freie Universität Berlin. After her studies she has
been working e.g. as a dramaturgical assitant at the Nordic Drama Corner and as a lecturer at the University of Helsinki. In January 2011 Essi moved back to Berlin.
